VNCTech.com offers pricing plans to meet the needs of both individuals, businesses, and state/local government. We offer different rates based on the services needed as well as a standard per minute rate. While some repairs come with set fees, others are based on time used and can be accurately quoted after only a few minutes of diagnostics. Per-Minute Billing:
This method of billing is our standard plan and involves a $2.00 per minute charge. These charges are found to save the most money for our clients when compared to national average rates from local and large chain repair centers. Please note that all per-minute billing charges from with a minimum of $35.00 which is billed as our initial diagnostics fee. We use this diagnostics fee to determine what is wrong with the machine and what we believe it will take to repair it. The $35.00 diagnostics fee can be applied to any repair costs that are incurred should the client decide to allow our technicians to complete the repair. However, if the client decided that the estimated repair costs are simply not worth paying, the only thing owed is our $35.00 diagnostics fee.
 
Retainer Billing:
For clients that require repeated support (mainly businesses) we offer discounted rates when we are placed on a retainer. Retainer fees are compiled on a per-client basis and can be determined once the client has informed us as to the amount of machines that are used, clients at the location, and whether or not 24-hour service and support will be needed. Retainer billing removes the per-minute charge and sends the client into a fixed billing method per incident. This helps to save the client from paying more and more per-minute charges when a client at the location calls for smaller issues.
 
Fixed Rate Billing:
This style is more comparable to that of a standard repair facility. We inform the client of our repair costs up front and bill accordingly. While this method can be helpful to clients that have slower internet connections, it can also help our clients that simply need a more accurate fixed rate rather than a per-minute rate. Please keep in mind that our $35.00 diagnostics fee still applies to our fixed rate and can be applied to the final bill once the service is completed.
