Your payment will be processed using the method you have chosen above and will be charged on your account prior to any work being performed. Once the payment is processed, a technician will contact you via the telephone number you listed above. Should you not be available at the time of the call, the technician will leave a number that you may call him or her back on to begin your session. Once the diagnostics has been completed and the technician has informed you of the repair costs, you may choose to go forward with the repair for the additional fees less the initial $35.00 diagnostic fee which will be applied to the final bill. Should you decide to not go forward with the repair, your diagnostic fee will not be refunded or applied to any future work.
